| Q: Does URG subcontract all of its work?
| A: No. Unified Recovery Group does not take on projects where we subcontract all of the work to be performed. In order to maintain high performance standards and consistent quality control we believe it necessary to perform various work utilizing our own specialized equipment and highly trained personnel. However, when supplementing our staff, we consider it a best business practice to employ local workers and subcontractors whenever possible. By doing so URG knows that it will generate revenue and income for the community, expediting recovery, and giving employment to many whose jobs may have been lost due to the disaster. When the project calls for subcontractors, URG has established a network of strong relationships with qualified, reliable subcontractors ready to assist as their expertise is needed.

| Q: How can my community prepare for a weather related disaster?
| A: While we can't control the weather, a community can dramatically increase its chances of a quick recovery from a weather related disaster through pre-event planning. Those communities that are particularly susceptible to significant storm events should have a plan of action before being affected. Developing a pre-event plan and selecting a disaster recovery specialist is key to a timely recovery.
